Apple sours has the perfect amount of tangy punch and no horrible sweetner after taste.

Adding this to water makes me drink way more water, because it tastes REALLY good. I never drink enough water over winter and on chilly days, so this helps a lot. Love that its so low in sugar too.

Went for a run on Saturday morning. I decided to have my apple sours about 45 mins before I left, I never normally drink anything before (because wee stops) but any way I did and oh gosh. It was so good, I didnt even feel tired! Ahmazing. Is now my pre and post workout.
