Developed by both a nutritionist and a personal trainer. We decided this was the perfect combination to create our EPIC brand - Equilibrium Nutrition

Equilibrium Nutrition was born as we felt there weren't any nutrition enhancement products (supplements) out there for anyone and everyone.

From the moderately active person all the way through to the gym bunny. It suits the person who wouldn't necessarily even consider a visit to a supplement store as well as the person with a loyalty card there. The person who could do with that little bit extra to bring some balance back into their lives. Something just for you!

    Charlottes favourite Hydra Boost flavour is Pina Colada, she loves adding into smoothies or drinking it after a night out. She’s constantly trying to get all the goodness into her two boys so will add Pina Colada Hydra Boost to their smoothies too.

    Mandys favourite Hydra Boost flavour is Passion Mango Daiquiri. She loves it in her drink bottle for the gym as well as an afternoon pick me up. She’s not the best at drinking water or staying hydrated but Passion Mango definitely helps the hydration levels!
