Went for a run on Saturday morning. I decided to have my apple sours about 45 mins before I left, I never normally drink anything before (because wee stops) but any way I did and oh gosh. It was so good, I didnt even feel tired! Ahmazing. Is now my pre and post workout.

Apple sours has the perfect amount of tangy punch and no horrible sweetner after taste.

Ummmmmmm YUM! I've just made myself a glass, it is delicious. Well done gals, you guys are amazing! I love that it's not sweet, and it doesn't have that bizarre almost fondant flavour other elctrolyte powders have.
