Equilibrium is owned and managed by Jane Grofski, and is located at 4 Teal Close in Ferrymead, Christchurch, NZ.

Equilibrium offers a range of body therapies and healing modalities, all aimed towards bringing you to equilibrium in your body, mind and spirit. Jane offers you a way to unlock your greatest potential and master your own creative process. You can unleash your power and manifest your most brilliant dreams.

The treatments balance the flows of energy throughout your body, releasing areas of tension and relaxing your mind. They are designed to work in harmony with your natural healing so that they can be most effective and long lasting.

Jane has worked for over twenty years in the health and wellness industry and brings a wealth of experience to her clinic including her expertise with Olympic athletes.

If you would like a profound energy realignment, reiki, or aura reading, then please look in the Energy Healing section (to the right). Jane has travelled the world studying with the master healers and she brings that transformational energy to you.

All age groups are welcome, from babies and children through to the elderly.

You are welcome to bring your friend or partner, who can relax on the couch in the same room you are being treated, or have a hot spa outside.
